Where Humans End Up

I was about 24 when I learned about the Macrobiotics and started practicing it.

I was living in Boston, USA at that time.

It was just when I got permanent residency in the US and got used to living in the US including English.

I completely changed my diet.

I resigned meat, chicken, and eggs, and quit going to Dunkin’ Donuts.

I was a big fan of American prime libs and seafood such as oysters and lobsters which are so good in Boston.

There was a little Italy nearby, where pizzas and pasta were great, and I also visited Chinatown once a week.

And that’s when I started Ohsawa Diet No.7.

The reason I started the diet was that many Japanese students were practicing macrobiotics in Boston at that time.

Everybody went to the Institute of Mr. Michio Kushi.

Inspired by those guys, I went to the Kinokuniya bookstore in New York to buy a bunch of books by Mr. George Ohsawa and Mr. Michio Kushi.

Of course, I took the lectures of Mr. Kushi.

I wasn’t sick at all at that time.

So do my student friends.

Everyone fell in love with the philosophy of Mr. Ohsawa and the spirituality of Mr. Kushi.

It was Eastern thought and philosophy, and you could feel a certain religiosity.

This was well received by Americans.

These ideas include:

Western medicine does not cure disease.

In the first place, unless human beings are corrected, diseases will never be cured by surgery, radiation, anticancer medicine, or drugs.

The only way to cure human beings is to change the wrong diet.

In other words, unless you reflect on your past diet and change it, you won’t change or get better.

And if we continue to eat like this, humanity will surely disappear.

Humans are also said to be ghosts of food.

The desire for food increases the ego of human beings, and human beings are no longer human beings, human beings kill each other, and wars continue.

Unless we change our diet, mankind will surely die out.

But if humanity awakens to the macrobiotic diet, human spirituality can grow and be reborn as a new humanity.

In short, the philosophy of the macrobiotics is like this.

This fascinated me and I got into it!

This is it!
Absolutely this!
I have to do this!

That’s why I started the Macrobiotics.

In other words, it wasn’t because I was sick.

Rather, I hated being a human!

So, although I have been involved in thousands of illnesses, I had no experience of illness, hospitalization, or surgery.

And while it is undoubtedly true that food is the cause of illness, I was also well aware that people get sick when they don’t live the way they are designed to live and avoid what they are to do.

So, to cure the illnesses, not only the instruction of diet but also meditation and internal self-reflection are absolutely necessary.

But the sick people do not listen!
And they say I won’t!

They find fault in everything!
Complaining and complaining!
They always talk badly about others.

In short, they are negative.

And they are ungrateful and unthankful.

They say I don’t have confidence, I hate myself, I cannot forgive my parents and I hate them.

Generally speaking, I would like to claim that saying such a thing would make anyone sick, but it’s no use saying so.

Looking at today’s society and the world, I don’t think it’s possible to be healthy!

No matter how much I try to spread the Macrobiotic a bit more, to make the sick a little bit better, or to make people love themselves a little bit more, after years and decades, the world is only going to get worse.

Japan is getting worse.

And without a doubt, that will come to Japan.

Last year, I pointed out CRISIS will happen on August 15, 2023, and it didn’t turn out to be real. But there will definitely be a big tsunami in the near future, and as a result, the economy, politics, and all government functions including public services will stop.

Now the most famous CRISIS prediction date is July 5, 2025.

They say it is a huge tsunami caused by a giant meteorite falling.

The location and date have been calculated astronomically.

Unless something big or catastrophic happens, humans can’t change their diet.

It’s that hard to change it.

I don’t know how many years I will live from now, given this chance, I will correct the way I eat.

It’s a bit different from when I changed my diet around the age of 24, chasing aspirations and ideals to be free from human Karma.

I’ve given up.
I stopped trying to improve humanity and society.

Everything goes as it is.

From now on, I will spend more time developing macrobiotic recipes.

So that I don’t have a hard time so that I don’t be frustrated, so that I can enjoy my meals every day.

And I hope I can give guidance on food treatment for those who are suffering from diseases.

Finally, I’m prepared.

I resign from smoking at last!
