What “Yin and Yang” Can Teach You About How To See The World

If you get the perspective of yin and yang, you can see the world completely different way. Here are some tips for it!

Hello, I’m Hiroyuki Naka, a macrobiotic mentor.
I’m going to share how to see the world by yin and yang, the law of the universe.

All phenomena in this world are created by yin and yang of different energies.
Phenomena are all things in nature: events, matter, and us, human beings.

Let’s say you have ketchup and mayonnaise here. When ketchup is used as yin and mayonnaise is used as yang. When you mix the two, if the ratio of the amount changes, the taste will be different.

In the same way, you are born from the fusion of the yang of a father and the yin of a mother.
If you have a sister born to the same father and mother, you and your sister are not exactly the same person.

That’s because the proportion of yin and yang that make up you and your sister are different.

Let’s say you’re 80% yin and 20% yang, your sister is 70% yin and 30% yang.

If the yin-yang proportion is different like this, the size of eyes, the shape of face, the quality of voice, and personality will be different between you and your sister. It is because the proportion of yin and yang that are fused is different.

Of course, everything changes, so even if the yin and yang proportion is the same, both father and mother are always changing. Therefore, different babies are born at different times.

This is true of the events that happened yesterday, of the events that will happen today and tomorrow.

Let’s say something happens that is not convenient for you.
It may depend on whether the breakfast was bread or rice, or whether you told that person about that at that time well or not.
It might have something to do with the fact that you didn’t go to lunch with A, but with B.

Even if it doesn’t seem to be directly involved in the event, the phenomenon that happens changes depending on whether the thing you choose is yin or yang, and the proportion of yin and yang of the thing you’ve chosen.

So, at the end of the day, or after the event, we need to feedback what ratio of yin and yang should you have mixed so as not to cause an inconvenient event?

Events made in this proportion of yin and yang are almost impossible to make the same again.
For example, when you draw, let’s say you take yellow and red paint out of the tube and mix them together.

Of course, the color produced depends on the ratio.

The shades are different, the impressions are different when you look at it, and the contrasts with the color beside them are also different. Even if they look the same to the naked eye, they are slightly different.

Thus, all the existence, human beings, animals, and events in this world, including you and I, are made of a mixture of two opposing energies, yin and yang.

When you can see events like that.

You can judge everything that has happened to you not whether you like it or not, whether it is good or bad, whether it is gain or loss, whether you are confident or not, whether it is good or bad for your health, whether it is right or wrong, whether it is joy or sorrow, whether it is convenient or inconvenient, but you can judge by the universal order of yin and yang, which makes the truth easier to see.

I’m sure you haven’t seen or thought about this way in your entire life.

But the order of the universe is the truth.

Once you understand this, your eyes will surely see the truth.
